Body still hurt today, mostly my arm and my biggest bruise on my leg. Hm, for breakfast I had cocoa pebbles with rice milk, some boiled vegetable soup, a plum, and toast.
I bought Starbucks today for lunch, was craving my usual wrap from them which has egg white, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese and spinach on wheat wrap. Seems so simple and I wish I could make it, but such expensive ingredients... Also asked for a cup of ice, charged me 50 cents lol
In class we watched a documentary of ballet and modern dance to prepare us for our midterm. He let us out like after 30 mins. Btw he made our midterm online so we don't have class on Thursday~ I finished the rest of my wrap after class and also ate a bag of vegetable flavored rice crackers/chips. Today I couldn't go to Greenland with Nicole sadly. Had a midterm tomorrow and my mom was planning to go to her other job right after dropping my auntie and me home. I spent most of the time waiting for her at the SU typing drafts for this blog.
She picked me up a little later than usual. We stopped by Smith's so that they could send money to the Philippines. Then my mom decided to go grocery shopping that same day so we shopped and she ended up not going to work =__= Well I got to add some stuff to our cart (like chocolate milk and cornbread) and also bought a couple things on my own. Bought two different microwave meals, cheese, sugar cookies, some instant noodles, muffin mix and unsalted butter. All in all, I got home around 8:30 so it prolly didn't make a difference if I had gone to Greenland?? Oh well...
I was super hungry when I got home. We bought a whole roast chicken along with macaroni salad, potato salad and crab salad. Ate a bit of all and some of the soup I had in the morning. My mom decided to bake the salmon she cooked so I waited and ate that too. Salmon <3 and it was perfectly cooked too x)
At night I started catching up on my drama "Nice Guy" again. It got super interesting as it neared the halfway mark and I couldn't stop wanting to see the next episode. I originally thought it was 16 episodes but found out it's gonna go for 20. I'm glad but sad that it'll still be a while from now before I know the ending haha. The suspense of wondering what happens next is killing me x) I just hope the ending is not a tragedy :o
How are your finals? I hope you're studying well for them haha What about your recital, is that this week??

10.15 Kuya's B-day
I woke up sore from the past two days.. My leg bruises and sore shoulders and arm I felt so much compared to yesterday. Today was my brother's actual birthday. I can finally eat the ice cream cake I ordered for him~ Breakfast was cocoa pebbles and regular milk (no more rice milk...), sopas, half a banana, leftover spaghetti, and mocha cake. On campus I had strawberry koala crackers and a yogurt drink, plus tuna salad with crackers during my break. Class was same old same old. My teacher tells so many random stories it always take at least 40 mins of our class time haha. But they're interesting and I learn a lot from them. Did a fun activity toward the end of the class with animal themed paper plates lol.
After class I walked over to Wal-mart to buy candles for my brother's cake. I also got some oranges, brownie mix, rice milk, sugar cookies, uncooked oatmeal raisin cookie (I love the cookies from McDonald's but at 3 for $1, I figured I'd just buy it from the store) and mozzarella sticks to stack/snack on for the week. My brother ended up picking me up with Nicole instead of my mom, and went to pick up the cake cause the store was on that side of town. When we got it, it was pretty small, the smallest size.. I thought I got the second size up, but nothing I could do about it.. "You Da Man, Jay Happy B-day!" was written on it. While we were there I wanted to use my other $10 coupon so I ordered this ice cream sundae and Nicole got a strawberry smoothie. I didn't finish mine, was toooo sweet. I also snacked on an orange and sugar cookie while in the car.
When we got to my house, my mom hadn't gotten off work so we all waited for her to come home before blowing the candles. She got home around 11pm, so late... but as long as the day didn't end yet right? I ate some pancit after the cake to kinda balance out the sweetness. The cake was pretty pretty good, but the strawberries were a little too frozen and we couldn't wait for it to defrost a little more cause it was so late anyways. Still, I liked it overall~ Plus the whole family was together eating for once (except my auntie who was passed out). As my habit, I didn't sleep till super late, so I folded some of my laundry again. I finished this (melo)drama I started called "I'm Sorry, I Love You" that starred So Ji Sub and Jung Kyung Ho (two of fav actors of mine~). Sad ending was sad... It was another drama like, the two just were not meant to be..? There was a line along the line, "I guess we weren't to be in this lifetime.." I can't help thinking that way too, don't you think?
Urgh, midterms this week...

10.14 Paintballing
Only had about four hours of sleep today..woke up at 9. Everyone was knocked out from yesterday; Grant and Julie slept on the floor in the living room, Jay and Nicole was on the couch. I stayed up reading my texts till Nicole woke up. I had leftover pizza crust, breadstick, egg, some mocha cake and pizza pringles for breakfast once she woke up. We wanted to put on a scary movie on the tv to wake up the others downstairs. Our choices were "The Shrine," "The Ward," and "The Caller(??). I went with "The Ward." Grant woke up first and watched it with us. It wasn't scary at all, found myself laughing a couple time and I honestly didn't like it that much, the twist was kind of weak too.
My mom was day off today, but she went somewhere early on. She came back around noon and cooked sopas, egg omelet and fried rice for us all for lunch.
In the morning, my right knee hurt somehow. I think I walked a funny way last night but it really was painful whenever I bent it. Going up and down the stairs was so hard and took a while. I tried to keep it as straight as I could. I remember when I tried to fetch the blankets to bring down, it hurt the worst and I was almost like sliding down the stairs cause I couldn't walk on it lol I didn't tell it to anyone though, you know my passive personality haha The probably thought I was just too sleepy,. Started to feel the strain from yesterday's bowling, my right arm and shoulders were sore..
In all I wore two jeans and oversized sweat pants, a long sleeve, under a knit sweater and a super thick hoodie. I hoped it was enough protection.. We headed out around 1:30; we planned to start at 2 but we had to have Starbucks before we paintballed. I got an Iced Tazo Black Tea, my little brother got a Java chocolate chip frapp with non-fat milk, and Nicole got a Strawberry and Creme Frapp.
When we got there, there was a big filipino party celebrating someone's bday there. They even had a photographer too lol. There was quite a lot of people. Our total for 8 people and 2k balls came to a little over $200 but we each paid $20 for the equipment. The rules kind of intimidated me as did how to use the gun. Us girls got free vests and gloves yay~ The masks we hard to see through and it got hot quickly. I put my hoodie on with it that's why. But anyways, my vision was always foggy.. I think there was something wrong with my gun, it took sometime to fire between shots but I didn't complain. Our teams were always different so we had cases when people on the same team shot at each other. To be honest I was terrified cause of how much it'd hurt.
Our first game we all played on one team and went against some of the groups of filipinos there. The first round I was one of the first people out lol, someone shot me in the thigh! And man was it painful! My protection failed me.. We lost that battle haha. After that I was even more scared each round cause of the unexpected place I'd be shot at. There was only one round I didn't get shot. Someone and I were exchanging shots but my teammate, Julie, small as she was, was able to sneak behind and shoot him down hehe The little people prevailed! There was one time I got shot in the thigh again and raised my hand to signal that I'm out and as I wa walking off the field someone still shot at me, I got hit two extra times -_- one was blockaded by my mask but the other was at my leg. Hurt hurt hurt.... There were two new people who needed someone to play with so they joined us, so it was 5 on 5 for the most part. So yeah, I don't think I ever shot anyone the whole time lol. I was an encamper and that was super bad lol
We finished around five. And it really was a great experience. Next time, need more covering.. I wished they aimed at my vest or helmet though.. We all walked out with bruises lol. I had three in all, all in my legs.
When we finished, my little brother and I were picked up by my mom. We had a family member's bday party to go to. My mom made spring rolls. I had brownies, ice cream on the cone, puto, spaghetti, pot roast, bbq chicken and some spring rolls.
My niece who will be turning 18 next year is planning a debut and my siblings and I are part of her court. We missed her first dance rehearsal so she taught it to us while over there. She mentioned my partner is her little brother's friend. Apparently I'm the oldest and my partner's the youngest wth..lol And we are 7 years apart o_o
Got home around 8, Nicole, my brother, Grant and Julie hung around in our house a bit. Nicole was desperate to dye her hair and needed Julie's help. I was planning to dye mine too again but I showered my hair that day and I couldn't find the color I wanted Ox They all didn't sleepover though. I was upstairs busily trying to finish my online test. And that was how my day ended.

10.13 Cosmic Bowling
Today was a day for cleaning and doing laundry, friends and family were going to come over at night and sleepover. I spent lots of time cleaning the kitchen especially. As for my room, got everything cleaned except my clothes..had sooo much to fold and organize but time did not permit like the whole day.. I took two short naps in the afternoon, on my floor too ♪
As usual I had a variety of food today lol For breakfast and lunch I had green tea ice cream, hot chocolate and bread with peanut butter and jelly, pancit, leftover wor wonton soup, banana with peanut butter, fried egg, and yogurt drink. My little brother and I were the only ones home in the morning and afternoon and we were pretty hungry. We seriously contemplated ordering pizza; I wanted something with spinach and like a New York style pizza but eventually gave up on delivery...

Today was my Auntie's husband's and son's birthday, who's in Singapore I think, and she bought a mocha cake from Red Ribbon. We took a pic of our dinner spread to show them; it's our way of celebrating for them even though they are not there. We got to skype on my sister's laptop and webcam too with her other son who's in Mississippi for Naval training I believe.
Nicole, my brother and Julie arrived around 8. When they came, they brought PizzaHut (yay got pizza ♥) and tons of strawberries. I had the smallest pizza slice, half a breadstick, one buffalo chicken, some of the mocha cake and lots of strawberries ♥ My mom made some spaghetti too and I had some of it. We had no spaghetti sauce so I think she just made it with banana ketchup?? but it was still pretty good. Ah an my brother's friend Cyrus came too before we left and had some good ol' filipino food. My little sister was too tired out from RTC to come with us..

We decided to go to Sunset Station for midnight cosmic bowling, that was the plan. Left around 11:30 to pick up another friend, a filipino friend, Angel, I might add. His mother wanted to meet us all so we all came down and went inside his place to greet her thinking we'd be able to leave right after...But, she decided to go clubbing and wanted Angel to lock the door before we all left so we had to wait for her to get ready .__. We spent the time playing with their dog, playing card games and doing lame card tricks, and such and spent almost an hour there; she was taking her sweet time getting ready.. At one point she was in the living room with us on her phone looking for a song to play out loud for us all. Angel asked her how much longer she was going to take when she got up and her reply was "Yeah you can change the song if you guys want." lol Yeah Nicole was kinda irritated but we eventually left.

Seven of us all squished in my brother's truck to Sunset. We met Julie's boyfriend Grant, who waited at the Sunset parking lot napping there. I wore a mostly white jacket so when we got in, I was super glowing x) So total there was eight of us bowling. We got two lanes and 3 games. Split in two teams: team one was My brother, Nicole, my little brother and me. Two was Cyrus, Angel, Julie and Grant. Whenever I bowl, I'm always so much better in the beginning and then get worse by the end lol So I did really really well at first and then just went down from there haha. But I didn't get last at least..? My little brother improved so fast; he sucked super badly in the beginning and then turned it around almost beating my brother o.O My nails chipped a couple times but just bits. Three rounds was kinda overwhelming especially since it was past 1am, though team two was enthusiastic for the most part. By round 2 I was hungry and craving Starbucks. But the one in Sunset was closed and the 24 hour ones were far.. I didn't get to get any but I thought about having to stay up four hours afterwards and I would not have been able to do that haha.. We finished at 3am. Julie and Grant stayed there to eat at the cafe and the rest of us headed for home, but we had to drop of Angel and Cyrus first. Got home at 4am. I just did my night routine washing my face and prepared their sleep area with blankets and pillows then passed out completely around 4:30. Grant and Julie came afterwards and slept over too. We were supposed to dye our hair, watch scary movies and stuff too.. too bad...

10.12 Maid
My day started off early today. I made dorayaki for breakfast; two pancakes sandwiching red bean paste, ice cream and whipped cream with chocolate sauce ♥ Also had my leftover oatmeal cookie, two green tea mochi ice creams and some stewed fish. I worked on sewing my apron I needed for later today. Spent like two hours..but it turned out pretty good ♫ Yuni and Nicole had like a Maid event scheduled for today at the Cafe and I volunteered to help out too (why I needed my health card) and we would have to be dressed as maids. I didn't have an outfit so I tried to put together one myself. I used a fluffy dress from a Halloween costume I had last year with a frilly, elegant top I got online and the altered apron on top ★
I got ready over there. It was pretty slow early on..So us maids were mostly just chatting ♫ Kichi-san, the owner, was out for like three hours shopping. Our friend Julie hung out with us too but she had to leave to go to her job at Chinatown. Some people did come for the event and some were just customers or regulars. Nicole and Yuni showed me the ropes of serving like handing menus, taking orders, etc. so I did get to help out~♪ A friend of Yuni's, Adam, came by. It was my third time meeting him, he's filipino too, and he kept us company the whole time✰ I got a comped meal, as did Nicole heh, yay free food~♥ x) I asked for a Chicken Katsu Curry, Nicole and Yuni got a LocoMoco and Adam got Butakimchi. My curry tasted more spicy than the butakimchi surprisingly. And it was my first time trying to LocoMoco and that was good too. We all shared our meals haha. Nicole also got a CocaCola Float and used my free drink to refill hers; she's addicted to it and adds like two scoops of ice cream, it was like a dessert lol Oh there was one customer who asked for a pic of all three us maids and one with him too ★
We all left around the same time, 6:15ish when my brother got there and relocated to Julie's job at Anime Ramen since she was at the Cafe and hung out with us there so we would do the same too. Adam tagged along too, but Yuni had to go to a birthday party. The prices there were kind of expensive..like $10 for specialty rolls eesh.. But they had takoyaki! So I got that and an almond milk tea boba. The boba was super sweet so I diluted it with some water lol. The takoyaki was so good but hot! My brother got french fries and Adam got hot coffee. Julie offered to give us boba on the house ♪ It got super busy right after we got in so it took Julie a while to get off. We watched a bit of the anime movie playing. I forgot the title.. Julie also decided to vouch for our meal so got free food again~♥
Julie was going to go to a birthday party, the same one Yuni was going to, so she needed to buy a present and the Chinatown Mall. Adam had work so he left to get some sleep first so it was the four of us. (Oh and yes Nicole and I were walking around in our outfits but we wore oversized jackets ✰ After Julie bought the present we decided on Sam Woo's BBQ to eat. Nicole and I were still kinda full but Julie was hungry and didn't want to eat at her work and Kuya was hungry too. The place wasn't crowded at all, but after we were seated, like two big groups came in right after.. So they had more service I guess. Yeah, service sucked there.. Anyways Julie ordered a half roast duck, Kuya a combo fried rice and I got Wor wonton Soup ♥ The duck was so good, actually everything was good ♫
Julie's bf came too after a while. We had some interesting conversations. One was about birthmarks. Nicole said that there was this saying that the birthmarks on your body are related to your past life or something, like they're how you died I think? So everyone was commenting the weirdest places they had one and guessing how they were injured there lol Another was about facemasks and how Julie's bf did a nose strip and lots of blackheads were on it, like a forest and he even offered to show us a pic but we declined haha. "We can name the blackheads, like this one is Nicole since it's the tallest, this is Julie cause it's the shortest..." said Grant xDD Julie treated us to our whole meal, so free food again! >_<
Took a while for us to get out of there cause like I said, the service sucked. We chatted in the parking lot for a bit near Kuya's car. Kuya brought up that he once hit a bicyclist on the street (and he went off kinda limping) cause he popped out of nowhere. We talked about paintballing and so on. Then Grant and Julie parted with us and we headed home.
We have a lot planned out this weekend, but I have homework and studying to do too; such bad timing.. Didn't get to finish cleaning my room cause I was so so tired. I'm regretting not buying anything at the bakery at Chinatown cause it's my fav bakery. I was just too full to think of sweets at the time, sigh.
Questions for you: "Where's the most awkwardly placed birthmark on your body? How do you think you were shot, stabbed from your past like there? Like by a bullet, arrow or something else?"
"I still like you. G'night."

10.11 Curry-Oke!
I passed out again last night, taking a test online for a health card.. The pages had problems buffering so it took longer to finish each section which made me sleepy.. Also was up doing some more car research. Plus it was thundering and raining that the sound was comforting to me it put me to sleep ♫ I got to drive my siblings to their bus stop in the morning. It was pretty chilly that early. Showed my mom my choices in a car; she gave me tips in choosing what to pick. When I got home I proceeded to finish up the test, ugh.. slow buffering again but I needed it done so that I could print out the certificate so I stuck through it whilst dozing off a couple times anyways.
Breakfast was some puto, an eggplant omelet and a chicken stew. I planned to go to the health department before going to campus but was afraid it may take a long time to process and didn't want to risk it so I went straight to campus. It was nice and cloudy in the after and just drizzled for the most part. I wore my new sweater I bought online along with a hat to prevent my face and hair from getting wet. I went to Starbucks and bought a Venti Iced Tazo Green Tea to last me most of the day. Class was easy, just listened to the remaining presentations ✰ Went to the health department right after class. Thank goodness I made it too, I was the second to the last they accepted ♪ Got my card then and there.
I planned to go to the gym but I couldn't find a lockpad of some kind at home so just had to wait around near campus -_- I killed some time eating at McDonalds that was nearby; ordered a sugar cookie, two oatmeal cookies, a side salad with lite italian dressing and small fries. Finished everything except an oatmeal and sugar cookie. Went back to campus and had an hour and half left till Japan club started. So I stayed at the SU; spent my time texting a friend in Japanese, painting my nails and watching "Nice Guy" while waiting for my nails to dry.
Was very excited about the Japan Club meeting, it was Curry-Oke night~♫ They prepared curry for us (no meat btw) while we listened to people singing along youtube videos onscreen. I didn't sing of course haha ♪ I had two servings of curry cause the first time I left over so much rice and felt bad throwing it away but one of the members told me I could get seconds so I filled it with more curry x) It was pretty good too ★ Met some more new members and talked with other friends. I feel so social when I'm at the meetings, in a good way :) I left halfway through the singing. My family went shopping at Burlington so they were nearby and picked me up early.
It was raining and thundering like crazy outside and the streets were so flooded as we drove home. Thank goodness I didn't drive lol We passed by some cars that broke down on the street. But we got home safely. Around 11pm as I was going to charge my phone, the power went out. I looked out the window and the whole neighborhood was pitch black, no street lights and all. I was even planning to sew something for tomorrow and clean my room too.. I lit a couple candles and stared out my window many times. There was intense flooding that looked like a river flowing on Sloan. Many cars stopped and didn't chance going through, some broke down. The thunder was incredible too; I videotaped some of the storm when it was most strongest. The power came back an hour later. Was so tired out that I just slept the rest of the night.
"Good night and I like you."
10.10 Patisserie Manon
Again I slept late, like 3 or 4-ish today, woke up at 8am too. My sleeping schedule is all over the place lol. I rushed downstairs to eat a green tea mochi ice cream which I kept thinking about all night ★ Also had a stirfry and nilaga dish for breakfast and half an ice cream sandwich.
I planned to go to some places today and was thinking so much about it doing research too that I ended up dreaming about it. I dremt Sango and I went to a bakery and explored around haha. Well, today was an adventurous day for sure. Went to Cold Stone first. Super far on the opposite side of town like Fort Apache far... Had to order a cake for my brother for next week and I customized everything in it too. Can't wait to see how it turns out~ ♫
Afterwards, I made a trip to Patisserie Manon near Fort Apache too. I read the reviews on Yelp and it was supposedly a really good bakery and I decided to eat lunch there too ♪ I got a Sandwich combo which was about $10 and comes with a full sandwich, small side salad, a small soup and drink. I ordered a #2 Croque Monsieur (had turkey, swiss, and brie on a campagne bread) and a French Onion soup. The soup was delicious, one of the best I've ever had, and the cheese on it was yummy ♥ The bread was really good too, nice and toast, cheesy. Next time I'll get it with some veggies and pesto. Towards the end I started removing some turkey breast so that I could munch on the delicious bread itself x) I also bought dessert afterwards ♫ Manon is known for its french desserts, especially its macarons. Almost all their cakes are a little over $4. I decided on a tiramisu cake ♥ It was pretty good too! As for macarons, they're $1 a piece so I got 4 different kinds: pistachio, chocolate pistachio, caramel salt, and chocolate. I ate the chocolate pistachio first and it was delicious~~ ♥ I've been dying to try a macaron for a long time since I've watched the drama "Panda and Hedgehog" and for my first macaron it was worth the travel and price ✰ I want to learn how to make them now and decorate them just like in the drama. All in all, I'm so glad I made the trip to Manon, defintely will be back to try more new things ♪
I went straight to campus after eating. Got there before 3pm and my class starts at 6, so I spent a long while there. Just charged my phone at the lab, started typing this blog as a draft and did some online class postings and studied for the most part.
Nicole told me it rained in the afternoon. I wish I was outside when it did.. It got chilly too, now we can rock out jackets :) During class I was so sleepy the first half, like I dozed off a couple times but I hung in there. When we got our break, I snack on some food, Potato Skins, and that woke me up.
When I got home, again I had to eat, sigh...I really hate eating so late at night! ..but mom watched me again.. Had boiled eggplant and fried fish. I think the oily food didn't fair well in my stomach -_- Anyways I stayed up doing an online test for getting a health card. Webpage would stop loading so many times so had to refresh it a lot which took even longer that I ended up falling asleep taking it. I liked that it rained and thundered at night ★☺♫ ♪ ♥ ✰

10.09 Greenland again
My morning was the same as usual. Breakfast today was toast with coffee, yogurt drink, and fried tofu with sauce. I had chocolate hazelnut yan yans and a mini pack of hello panda at school. We had presentations in class and our group went first. It went pretty well, even though ours was a little on the boring side.. but the other presentations were pretty good and funny.
Went to Cafe de Japan first today to meet up with Nicole. There were no customers when I got there and the Chef, Kichi-san, was out but another maid, Hanako-san, was working. All three of us talked for a while. Nicole got her employee comp dessert and she got Dorayaki Ice. It's a red bean paste, green tea ice cream and whipped cream sandwiched between Japanese pancakes. It was pretty good and all three of us shared it. I wanted to get Takoyaki but again, they didn't have any... They did add a couple new things on the menu so I want to try them sometime.
Headed to Greenland again afterwards. Today I got seafood soontofu (banchan was a fried fish, fishcakes, boiled spinach and kimchi), inari sushi and croquettes (these were super delicious!). I also bought green tea ice cream, green tea mochi, strawberry-filled koala cookies, and rice cake cake from one of the stalls. I broke my chopsticks trying to cut the rice cake into a piece lol We spoke to the same guy who works at the Japanese food court stall. Found out he's from Guam! What a surprise~ He lived there longer than I had, 18 years, and he went to high school there too. We shared a Chamorro greeting :) Nicole stayed over for a bit at my house and my brother was home when we got there. They didn't stay too long though. I started a new drama, a tragedy one at that, called "The Princess' Man" which is supposedly a Chosun version of Romeo and Juliet so I already know it's gonna end sadly. It's not so good for me yet to the point of wanting to continuously watch the episodes, but it's alright so far. Well that's all I can share tonight..

Slept super late, 4:30-ish (helped my sister on her AP essay; she stayed up longer than me I think) and woke up early, 9am. I wanted to try listening to the sound of rain nonstop while I slept so I set it up on my laptop the whole night but it stopped who knows when..I'm going to try it again today. Anyways I got through the day just fine with so little sleep, only got a little tired in the afternoon. I finished the rest of my drama before going to school. It was a sad ending but not that bad and I kinda expected it. Cried towards the end especially. Ahhh I miss it already.. Now onto another one~
I had an open book midterm today, but it was more for review than anything.
Hmm, breakfast today was fried fish, toast with butter and jam and a plum. And for lunch, donut, fried egg, and leftover orange beef. Snacked on a reese, yogurt drink and these tomato flavored potato fries. When I got home my mom had me eat again, and so I did, some filipino dishes and coconut juice. Sooo full, need to sleep late again to make up the time : l
Today it was a little cooler in the afternoon. At night though I got cold, the wind was pretty chilly and I only had a sheer cardigan. Seems it's going to get cold soon.
I have a friend on FB who posts some random things, and I wanted to share with you some I really liked:

Last night I passed out while watching my drama. Woke up at 5, washed my face and brushed my teeth before going back to bed. Woke up again at 10. I ate some empanada, yogurt drink and chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. I tried to make some brownies and used the recipe on the Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chips package. It turned out more cake-like rather than brownies.... I might just stick to box packages.. Ate some jajjangmyun and the brownies for lunch.
Today I lost a bit of blood like maybe 1/4 a cup? (Don't ask me how, and no it was not my time of the month) Almost passed out in the shower too afterwards. I drove to church. While in church halfway through the mass I almost passed out again. I didn't really feel well since the beginning but then it got bad, I sat to prevent myself from fainting but eventually laid down completely. My mom and sister noticed my face turn super pale and my lips turn blue. I was sweating down my back and forehead too. I didn't get up and receive my communion. Maybe it was the combination of anemia, hunger and being thirsty? I wasn't allowed to drive the rest of the day..
We stopped by 7eleven for quick food. Got a tuna sandwich, pumpkin reeses, Yoohoo chocolate milk(which had a super bad aftertaste..) hotdogs and donuts. My mom got these jelly-filled donuts that I thought were just sugar donuts. I don't like jell-filled donuts at all..
We picked up my auntie afterwards. Then we went to a restaurant for dinner, called Ping Pang Pong. Had a wonton soup, orange beef, yakisoba noodles and boiled vegetables. I had to show I was eating a lot cause my family thinks I'm starving myself on purpose, which is completely untrue. I eat like every two or three hours at home.. Especially this past week I ate a variety of foods : l
Stopped by Walgreens to pick up my medicine. Then finished up homework at home followed by watching more of my drama~
Ah! My mom finally agreed that we can get a pet, most likely adopt a dog or puppy. I hope she means it; the agreement was to keep our rooms clean the whole week. I'm also looking into some used cars I can buy lately.
Midterms next week and this week...How are your classes? Your voice class especially? Good luck to your recital whenever it is, wish I could be there but I'm sure you wouldn't want me to huh?

Today was a pretty boring, laid back Saturday. Just spent the whole day at home. I finally found a new drama to watch so was watching it for the most part. It's a melodrama called, "I'm Sorry, I Love You." I read some comments on it and the ending is sad but I still like how it's going for now. Saw like 10 episodes of it so far just today lol.
My mom invited me to go to the strip and tour around like Aria with her sister but I just wanted to stay home and watch as many episodes as I could. My brother and Nicole came over during at night; they basically just watched tv and ate over. And we talked about what were planning to do for the week.
I didn't bake anything today.. I really want brownies or cookies.. Maybe tomorrow. Had an oatmeal cookie, a random carrot cake cupcake I saw in the fridge, yogurt drink, spaghetti, fried rice with a boiled egg and ketchup, Panakbet and tocino, a stew, french toast, Yahoo! chocolate drink and snacked on some chocolate filled cookies. I let myself go again today .__.
How was your Saturday? I'm sure you did much more than me.

Slept around 2 or 3am, and woke up at 8. Usually I'd wake up at 9 or 10 but I couldn't go back to sleep at all so just got out of bed.. Ate a stew with rice and a bit of Jjajjangmyun for breakfast. Stayed downstairs again while on my laptop (was researching some stuff to bake in the future and some good bakeries here) with the TV on FoodNetwork. Randomly started watching about 25 minutes of another Korean drama, "Rough Cut." An action packed movie with gangsters ft. So Ji Sub, another favorite actor of mine. Snacked on a sugar cookie and Taiyaki (took out the red bean though) with Tazo Green Tea.
Today I visited Yuni at the Cafe where she works at since I told her I'd visit for sure yesterday. Before I left, Nicole wanted to hang out at the mall but I didn't have the time.. I wanted to get to the Cafe before 3 so that I could order off the lunch menu lolol Not many people were there and it wasn't too busy so we got to talk a bit.
They didn't have any takoyaki ;c so I settled with agedashi tofu. I ordered hamburg steak with a fried egg on top and a yaki imo cake, which is basically two slices of sweet potato with ice cream and whipped cream and chocolate sauce. The dessert was delicious. I was just planning to eat savory food there then eat dessert at Chinatown or Greenland but I'm glad I tried it. Was $6 though.. My bill came to about $25 in all, considering I ordered off the lunch menu. I could not finish any of my food haha so I eventually got Yuni to eat like a third of my food.

..and I ended up not going to Chinatown afterwards...waited for Yuni to get off at 6:15-ish so I was there for over 3 hours haha. It really was not busy at all. But I got to know the owner, Kichi-san, pretty well. Even went up to sit at the counter to join in the conversations and see some of the creations Kichi-san made. I volunteered to work at two of their upcoming events next week. I gave into ordering more while waiting. I got a Chocolate Parfait that Yuni recommended (It had chocolate coffee beans, a wafer and pocky stick, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and corn flakes which were the best part I think) and also a hot Siphon hot coffee with agave syrup. It was quite strong than I was used to. So I dolloped some whipped cream from the parfait into it lol. Yuni helped me with the parfait~ So spent another $10 there. Yuni hooked up her iPod to the Cafe's speakers so her playlist was playing the whole time she worked. There was this one song I really liked, "I Remember" by Bang Yong Gook. I haven't read the English translation yet but it's a sad song for sure and the video is kinda explicit, even Yuni said it wasn't for me haha. Another song I'm addicted to x)
Went to Chinatown afterwards so that I could buy more yogurt drinks at 99 Ranch before my mom picked me up. Bought 4 packs~ She was sooo hungry so we ended up going to Kapit Bahay, I think it's called? and ate Filipino food. You don't know how full I was... I ate some Pinakbet anyhow. When I got home I finished the rest of "Rough Cut." The ending was one of those that left you hanging, but it was still okay I guess. My little brother made spaghetti (remember I told you I taught him how to make it) and came into my room telling me to try some. It was pretty good, he did justice to it. So I ended up eating again... ughhhhh too much food, I think I'll lay off of food tomorrow......
I got my glasses that I ordered offline at night. They're so strong cause I'm not used to my new prescription yet.. idk but I might refund it; it's really big for my face...

10.04 Japan Club
Buko pandan cake, coffee from last night that turned into iced coffee, jajjangmyun and a sugar cookie was my breakfast. I had a strawberry shortcake ice cream popsicle, side salad with balsamic vinaigrette and an oatmeal and sugar cookie for lunch.
Spent much of my morning downstairs on my laptop and watching the FoodNetwork; my auntie saw a couple shows with me and she was memorizing some recipes we could possibly try making. She got a package in the mail; a dvd with her son's navy graduation and so we watched it but we couldn't find him. I took an hour and a half nap in the afternoon before heading out to campus.
Went to a Japan Club meeting today, the second one I've gone to. Saw some familiar people like Yuni and met some new people too. I learned some educational stuff as well as some Japanese slang like, 「何でやねん!」 「うざい!」and 「りあじゅう!」。Saw a super funny video on using chopsticks. And we played a game too. We split up into 5 groups and we played a number game competing with the people in our group. I won in mine~ and then the five winners competed against one another too. There were 4 girls and one guy among the group winners. I was the second to lose in the finals lol. And the one guy was the final champion. We all got these huge packs of Hello Panda as a prize. I gave some away to some members. When I got home I started watching other "The Japanese Tradition" youtube videos: I saw "Apologizing" and "Sushi" which I would recommend you watching.
I'm still on the look out for a new drama to watch, I think I'll spend the night sampling some till I find one interesting enough to watch all at once. Also have been researching and looking online for a Halloween costume. Do you know what you will be? Are you going to go Trick-or-Treating??

Slept at 2 last night and woke up at 10, 8 hours of sleep... when I get exactly 8 hours somehow I'm sleepy throughout the day. Remember I told you it has to be less than 8 or more than 8 lol So yeah, I was pretty sleepy most of the day especially during class.
Ate some Buko Pandan cake and Crema de Fruta from yesterday today and Spaghetti, some jajjangmyun and a fried fish ball at home. At campus had some Koala chocolate filled crackers and yogurt drink. After class I walked over to the McDonalds across the street from campus. I got a vanilla cone, fries to dip it in, sugar and oatmeal cookies, a side salad and vanilla coffee. Mostly bought them to save for tomorrow. My mom and her sister went out to eat before picking me up and took some food to-go, so I had a piece of sushi and a cream cheese wonton when I got home.

Hmm at McDonald's there was a group of teenagers I think. I was sitting by myself and they decided to move near where I was sitting. Then one of the guys started talking to me. He asked me a question and I answered. Then he asked what language I spoke (since he claimed to speak several) probably trying to guess my race? And I told him Japanese lol cause I figured he wouldn't know it and he didn't. He asked for my name and I gave him a fake one, "Mika," and then just went back to eating my food so that he'd stop talking to me.
When I got home I went straight to finishing "One Fine Day" and I finished it! at 1 in the morning haha. It ended pretty weak but the two main still got together so I'm not complaining. Now need to find another one that's as interesting that's completed.. Did some stretches and finished completely cleaning my room before going to bed. Have no class tomorrow! But I plan to go to campus anyhow to go to the gym before Japan Club. I hope my glasses come in tomorrow as well~
Mid-terms are coming soon, how's studying? Hope you are well,

10.02 Food splurge
Today I got to drive my siblings to their bus stop in the morning. But I woke up to a phone call around 5:45am by my aunt's son who's in the navy in Chicago. Luckily my auntie was up so I handed her the phone; it was his birthday today so I'm sure my auntie was ecstatic. She planned to have a celebration for dinner in his name even though he's not here. I finally used the treadmill, was on it for about 40 minutes and I watched my drama in the meanwhile~ I planned to go out to eat again after class so I wanted to exercise a bit.
Breakfast was a banana, half a donut with hot mocha and cereal with rice milk again and a yogurt drink (I need to buy more of them). At campus before class I had chestnuts, a small pack of nutter butter and chips ahoy. For class we had group presentations and the presentations were very entertaining and chock full of information. There was even a twerk demonstration too haha. Good news: I have no class on Thursday! But will probably go to campus anyways. Went to the post office right afterwards to mail my letter to my cousin, my auntie even gave me money so that I could send it through express mail. Today was super hot! Wish it'd get cooler already..
On my way there while walking on campus, I'm not sure if I passed by you. Whenever I see a blue golf cart driving by I automatically look away hoping that I don't see you or you don't notice me. I still want to continue treating you like a stranger and hope you do the same.
Went on another visit Greenland! The same guys were at the food court, friendly as usual. I ordered Mulnaegmyeon or cold noodles from another restaurant, with the help of one of the workers. He remembered us two from last week. Also ordered Jjajjangmyeon from Chapagetti to-go, going to eat it tomorrow. The Ahjusshi at the restaurant was pretty cool. I spoke a little Korean with him when I was ordering. He asked if I was 'Thai' first, and I said 'No.' Then he said 'Chinese? Vietnamese? Filipino?' He got it right the fourth time haha. When I picked up my food, I thanked him in Korean again and he was curious where I knew Korean from and I said, 'Dramas" and he laughed. Nicole got Zarusoba. I still prefer the one at Shuseki, her soba dipping sauce was a little on the salty side.. The workers there all get along, they all seem pretty cool and even hook each other up like the guy who worked at the Cafe gave the others boba. I ordered some Taiyaki to-go again, love them so much~ I didn't finish my noodles, but it was pretty good. The noodles were so hard to cut with your teeth and I barely chewed them. Love that all the restaurants offer student discounts :) This place is my and Nicole's official new hangout, gonna go there every week x)

When my mom picked us up, we did some shopping for tonight's dinner. We stopped by Popeyes Chicken for the fried chicken. Then we went to Goldilocks for a Buko Pandan Cake, Spaghetti with garlic bread, rice, another dessert called Crema de Frutas and a coconut juice for myself. We sung 'Happy Birthday,' it went 'Happy Birthday to you, Sib, Happy Birthday to you, Sib..." and so on. I had a bit of every thing despite being so full except the Crema de Frutas which I will try tomorrow. The cake was pretty good~ Nicole and my brother stayed over to do laundry so it was like a feast with family.
They both shared good news; Nicole now has two part-time jobs (she started officially at her new one today which is at a Cafe; she's not taking classes anymore this semester..) and Kuya got called for an interview at New York New York for an apprenticeship as a slot machine technician on Thursday. Happy for the both of them~
So I updated my Crunchyroll app yesterday before going to bed and I regret doing it... I had no idea it would go worse... Now I can't watch my current favorite drama on my phone.. T___T I prefer watching it in my hand especially when I got to bed but, sighhh, I just hope it gets fixed pretty pretty soon... In the meantime, will have to watch on my laptop

Happy for the both of them~So I updated my Crunchyroll app yesterday before going to bed and I regret doing it... I had no idea it would go worse... Now I can't watch my current favorite drama on my phone.. T___T I prefer watching it in my hand especially when I got to bed but, sighhh, I just hope it gets fixed pretty pretty soon... In the meantime, will have to watch on my laptop

A new month. These past few weeks felt like it passed by so slowly don't you think? Maybe it seemed like that only to me.
I had Cocoa Pebbles with rice milk, a sugar cookie and small piece of donut with a bit of hot chocolate milk for breakfast. For lunch I went to CSN's Campus food court and ate at this Korean restaurant called Manna. I heard about it from a friend named Angel and he said the prices were reasonable and the food was good to boot and they gave sides. The place was like a cafeteria food court and pretty small and there weren't many people there at the time. Manna closes pretty early like 4 or 5pm so I got there at 3:30 just in case. In all there's about 5 or 6 restaurants there. The ahjumma at Manna was very friendly. She thought I was Japanese but I told her I was filipino and she used tagalog whenever she thanked me, "Salamat po" she said. I tried a bit of Korean too with her. Anyways, I had seafood soondubu and a large coffee milk tea with boba. The soondubu was pretty good but the boba I wasn't too fond of so I just drank the drink. My whole meal was $10, much cheaper than the other Korean restaurant I go to. I ate so much but still bought a chocolate eclair ice cream bar, which I wound up not even opening or eating... Would definitely go back there whenever I go to CSN early enough. :)

Class was fun again, we do many different activities to get us engaged and time seems to pass pretty quickly since we do fun things and the professors talks a lot telling us stories from her experiences. Snacked on these koala chocolate filled cookies during break. I went to the computer lab after class while waiting for my ride. I met a friend there, Cyrus and we chatted a bit. I drove on the way home but we stopped by Walgreens for a bit before getting home. When I got home I finished the rest of the episode of "One Fine Day" that I started in the morning. Did some exercises and stretches before sleeping. I texted with Nicole most the day; we're planning on hanging out again tomorrow~ Found two new songs that I like: "I Hate You" by ERU and NU-EST's "Not Over You." Need to download them and get them into my phone tomorrow~ And that was how I ended my day.

Last night I didn't wear socks to bed cause I couldn't find any and was too tired to look for any. It was so uncomfortable, had to continually tuck in my blanket under me so that no air got in from all sides but my toes were still cold the whole night and morning :( I think I spent most of my time in the kitchen today, from 9am to 2pm-ish, either eating, cooking/baking or cleaning my mess. For Brunch I made Japanese Fried Rice and that went fast. I barely had any for myself.. And lunch I cooked Beef and Broccoli. I also baked some Sugar Cookies too with icing. I personally didn't think it was too good, will never try that recipe again, but my siblings liked them. I really like the Sugar cookies from McDonalds, and no homemade cookies can beat that. It's perfectly soft and moist in the middle with crisp sides and not too thin. I need to buy some this week. Mine turned out thin, I think it'll turn hard tomorrow so I might have to dip it in a hot drink. Cookies are complicated to make urgh... Besides what I made today I had rocky road ice cream, Tazo green tea, Cocoa Pebbles with rice milk, toast with butter and yogurt drinks. At night my mom did some grocery shopping at Seafood City and brought us some food from Jollibee and Chowking. I had half a siopao, sotanghon soup and some popcorn chicken.
Finished my online test in the afternoon so I had lots of freetime today. Plus we didn't go to church either. I watched more of my drama "One Fine Day" again today. I wish I had the time to marathon it all in one day haha I'm halfway through it and I'm dying to know the ending, I seriously feel like spoiling the ending and just watching the last episode before the others. I'll see how long I last before I do. When I watch it I scream and speak out loud to the screen and even paused it many times because it was too embarrassing or like I couldn't handle finding out what would happen next when a super dramatic/tough situation came; I'm so animated when watching it xD Haven't shed a tear though, well almost did once
I did a clay face mask before going to bed, my face feels fresh~ This week I want to start working out everyday. We have a treadmill in the garage and no one uses it; I used it about three times but that was a while ago. And probably start going to the gym too. I finally got back to my original weight so now all I gotta do is work on my fat and diet lol
How was your weekend? Did you get a lot done? Have you been to Shuseki lately?
"I like you. Bye."
